To be acceptable, a contractor’s Section 503 AAP must include the items listed in 41 CFR 60-741.44 and 41 CFR 60-741.45. It is the responsibility of Investigators to determine whether the contractor included all of the required items in the contractor’s Section 503 AAP. Those items are listed in section 1E02 of the FCCM, and the acceptability assessment of each item is described below.
