U.S. Department of Labor Language Access Plan - FY 2023

The Centralized Office of Language Assistance (COLA) and DOL agencies revised the Department’s  previous Language Access Plan, published in July 2011. This Plan addresses DOL’s commitment to provide meaningful language access for individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP) as required by Executive Order 13166.
