Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 2, 2015 by The Bakery, Confectionary, Tobacco Workers, and
Grain Millers (BCTGM) International Union Local 33G on behalf of
workers of Sonoco, working on-site at General Mills, Bakery
Division, New Albany, Indiana.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification TA-W-85,888 which expires
on April 14, 2017. TA-W-85,888 has been amended to include workers
from Sonoco on-site at General Mills. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
