The UI Research Exchange is published by the Unemployment Insurance Service, Division of Research and Policy. The Exchange provides a means of communication between researchers, both inside and outside government, and policymakers. The Exchange is designed to be an open forum for all UI researchers and program personnel. However, the views expressed in the Exchange do not necessarily reflect the official position or policy of the U.S. Department of Labor.
