PurposeThis guidance provides states and outlying areas with revised allotment levels for WIOA Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Activities programs; and the Wagner-Peyser Act ES program for PY 2017. Change 1 to Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) No. 27-16 indicated a 0.6791 percent reduction to the WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker levels for PY 2017. Change 2 restores funding to the originally allotted levels. Change 2 also restores the 0.5 percent of PY 2017 appropriated funding set aside for program integrity purposes from the WIOA Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs, as well as the Wagner-Peyser Act ES program.
