To provide checklists of all currently active ETA Advisories as well as checklists of all ETA Advisories rescinded/cancelled since the previously issued checklists.

The purpose of this program guidance is to provide information and instructions on how to participate in a pilot to test an alternative method for applying for a Layoff Dislocated Worker Grant (DWG).

To announce the release and availability of the research report: Employer Views about the Short-Time Compensation Program: A Survey and Analysis in Four States Final Report.

To provide:

1. Preliminary FY 2017 dollars and staff year base resource planning targets for UI operations to be used in planning and developing State Quality Service Plans (SQSP);
2. General guidelines for FY 2017 resource planning; and
3. An explanation of how the U.S. Department of Labor (Department) allocates base resources among states.

To announce the availability of up to $65 million for Reemployment & System Integration (RSI) Dislocated Worker Grants (RSI-DWGs) of up to $1.1 million per State (including Outlying Areas), to support high quality service delivery and improve employment outcomes for dislocated workers, including those who are also unemployment insurance claimants or long-term unemployed, through investment in integrated technology solutions that support connectivity across programs and services provided to dislocated workers. These grants will be funded through the National Dislocated Worker Grant program.

To provide guidance and information on the requirement to have participants of the U.S. Department of Labor, Veterans' Employment and Training Service's (VETS) homeless veterans programs enroll in WIOA title I workforce programs available through AJCs.

To notify State Workforce Agencies (SWAs) of the availability of Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 funds for activities that support improved operations through the prevention and detection of UI improper benefit payments, state performance improvements, and addressing outdated Information Technology (IT) system infrastructures.

To initiate the SQSP process, provide supplemental instructions, and define additional requirements for the FY 2017 SQSP.

The purpose of this Training and Employment Notice is to share broadly materials developed by the Department of Labor regarding compliance with the Final Rule entitled, Implementing Executive Order 13559: Fundamental Principles and Policymaking Criteria for Partnerships with Faith-based and Other Neighborhood Organizations.
