Closeout of State Formula-Funded Activities Under the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA)
Purpose
To provide instructions and policy guidance on the closeout of the formula-funded PY 1998 and 1999 JTPA programs. All program years through 1997 will be closed in accordance with the requirements of 20 CFR 627.485.
