Every employer performing work covered by the labor standards of The Davis-Bacon and Related Acts shall post a notice (including any applicable wage determination) at the site of the work in a prominent and accessible place where it may be easily seen by employees.
To use this file as a poster for your place of employment, please follow these instructions:
- The file is only available in PDF format. In order to view and/or print PDF documents you must have a PDF viewer (e.g., Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®) available on your workstation.
- Click on the link for the Davis-Bacon poster (color) and wait for it to load into the viewer.
- To print, click on the printer icon within the Acrobat Reader. Do not use the browser's print feature.
- The two printed pages must be taped or pasted together to form an 11 x 17 inch poster.
